Delivery & Returns
Love and care goes into every Les Petits by Charlotte Style, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your item. If 28 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and plastic, and garments must not be washed or worn.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Les petits by Charlotte is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange and item for a different size, please send us an email at hola@pepaandcompany.com notifying us of your exchange, fill in your returns form with the needed information, then ship the item back to us. Once we have received your return, we will then ship the new item out to you for free.
Sale items
Sale items purchased online may be refunded with 14 days. Please follow our guidelines above to receive your refund.
Made to Order and Baptism Collection
Our Made to Order and Baptism collections are handmade in Spain and made to order and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable.
Please note: each item is unique and handmade using vintage material such as lace and fabrics, therefore each piece will be unique with some variations that do not affect the overall design, style or look as shown on the picture.
